Research and prospects for the use of autonomous low-power wind power plants

The work is devoted to the development and implementation of new promising energy-efficient technologies, namely the use of wind energy in low-power autonomous power plants, for energy supply to remote consumers, mobile points of special services, etc. Autonomous energy installations of this type can also be useful for small private households as a backup power source during power outages from the general network. Wind energy belongs to constantly renewable sources of energy. The strength of the wind depends on its speed and varies within very wide limits. By using even a few percent of wind energy, a significant part of the country’s energy needs can be met. The research uses experimental methods using elements of mathematical modeling, as well as the possibility of comparison with the results of a physical experiment, which provides a broad idea of the work processes and the effectiveness of the proposed technical solutions. The practical value of the development and application of new wind energy installations and promising storage systems lies in the possibility of creating energy supply systems available to everyone. The state energy sector is in a very difficult situation as a result of military aggression of the russian federation, hundreds of infrastructure facilities of the Ukrainian energy system have been damaged and destroyed. The implementation of local autonomous technologies of energy saving and power supply can also affect the state of the energy system of Ukraine as a whole, which has been partially destroyed due to the military aggression of the russian federation, and is operating at the limit of its capabilities. The topic of the work is relevant and new, renewable energy sources and energy saving technologies in the modern world are a large part of the industry and economy of many developed countries.
